My story and how I lost almost 100 lbs
Before we go any further, I would like to introduce myself. My name is
Lanelle Lamar. I would like to share my amazing fat loss story with you
about how I lost almost 100 lbs of body fat.
I know how hard it is to lose body fat and keep it off. My story
started almost 8 years ago back in 2001. To make a long story short, I
was fat, overweight and was fed up with how I looked.
I remember those days when I use to weigh in at a whopping 248-250 lbs.
I was even to embarrassed to go out in public. I hid away from family
and friends for almost 2 years, because I didn't want to be seen.
I can proudly say that I am now weighing in at a healthy 152 lbs. and
you can do it too
:-)
I didn't want to starve myself to lose fat. So I simply put together a
simple game plan which consisted of; healthy meal planning, counting
calories, simple workout routines, and food portion control to burn
body fat.
Even if you were to implement one of these simple methods faithfully,
it could yield surprising results to
lose body fat.
My past weight problems have also contributed to me having type 2
diabetes, but after finally deciding that I was going to lose fat and
do something about my weight , my life changed for the better.
After
adopting a healthier lifestyle and after a couple of trips back and
forth to the doctors, it was confirmed that I no longer had type 2
diabetes. I owe it all to some of the easy weight loss strategies that
will be discussed through out the rest of the website.
